- 🔸OKAY Foundation: Through the Omobaba Kids and Youth Foundation, we extend our mission to underserved communities. We provide vulnerable children and youth in Nigeria with access to education, care, and opportunities to break cycles of poverty and reach their full potential.

Hi, I’m Kudirat Fuster, a parent just like you, and the founder of Parenting and More.
I’ve spent over a decade working across Africa, Europe, and North America; leading programs, supporting families, and creating tools that help people thrive. But my most important role? Being a mum to two amazing kids.
Like many parents, I’ve felt the pressure of trying to get it “right.” Juggling work, life, and parenting while hoping my kids grow up confident, kind, and capable. I started Parenting and More because I know parenting can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be.
This platform is where I bring everything together my background in child development, program-building experience, and real-life parenting journey to help you simplify the hard stuff, focus on what matters, and raise children who truly thrive.

Parenting and More is a resource for busy parents who want to raise well-behaved, thriving kids with ease. We offer coaching, courses, and tools designed to simplify parenting, build stronger parent-child connections, and support holistic child development without the need for yelling, punishment, or strict rules.
We offer a variety of services, including: Parenting Coaching – one-on-one sessions to help you overcome challenges; Reading Programs – step-by-step guides for helping children become confident readers; The Listen Up Challenge – a 14-day program to help kids listen and obey without yelling or bribing; and Supportive Resources – worksheets, video lessons, and a community of parents to guide you on your journey.
Our programs are for parents of children aged 3–14, especially those who feel overwhelmed by parenting or struggle to get kids to listen, build reading habits, or communicate better at home. They’re ideal for parents looking for gentle, effective solutions that fit daily life.
No prior experience or teaching background is required. Our programs, like the Listen Up Challenge and reading courses, offer easy-to-follow instructions, video demonstrations, and printable materials so any parent can feel confident.
They’re designed for busy parents. Programs like the Listen Up Challenge and reading courses typically take just 10–15 minutes a day to fit into your routine without adding stress.
